White Tara is compassionate and fiercely protective. She presides over the Blue Flower Yoga studio. We love her radiant and powerful energy.

Nikki Weihe, Ananda Certified Yoga Teacher & Director of Blue Flower Yoga
I've been teaching asanas since November of 2001 and I attended yoga teacher training at The Expanding Light in Nevada City, California in August of 2002. AYTT changed my life for good! I took my discipleship vows at that time and became devoted to my guru, Paramhansa Yogananda. I've been serving God and guru since then.
Blue Flower Yoga also serves women incarcerated at a state correction facility. If you were one of my precious students on the inside and now you are free "on the outs," remember that you are welcome to contact me for spiritual guidance through email. I am here to serve you forever. I will never judge you, instead I will help guide you to the center of your divine self. You know the right path and I will help you remember. Contact me:

Blue Flower Yoga Students
The Blue Flower Yoga studio is small, beautiful and dedicated to higher yogic studies. Our practice is traditional and vigorous. With a maximum of five students per class, students enjoy personal instruction without fear of judgement. We practice asanas, pranayama, dharana, dhyana and yoga nidra (deep relaxation with awareness). There is no competition in our studio. All levels practice together and learn from one another. Our studio is a great place to BE!

Yoga Friends:
Naked In Ashes documents the life of saddhu, Shiv Raj Giri from the viewpoint of his young male disciple, Santosh Giri. As they make their spiritual journey to Kumbha Mela, the viewer is allowed a personal, uplifting and inspiring window from which to observe each yogi's life experience.
This is a movie about yoga as sadhana. Let it serve as an example of devotion to higher yogic principles. How does anyone remove God from Yoga? The movie is rich in sight & sound and is guaranteed to activate the DNA of all those born and living outside of India today - those whose past lives are rich in the Indian experience.
There is nothing phony or fake here. Naked in Ashes is real life and a must see for everybody. Hopefully, those who think they are yogis because they practice postures (or as they say, "do yoga") will take their practice to a deeper, more authentic level after seeing yoga at its roots; yoga as a living practice; yoga as a discipline; yoga as the path to self-realization.
